Overview The role is a Business Development Account Manager for E‐commerce, responsible for leading the international expansion of Arduino e‐commerce operations. The position is based in Turin, Italy or Remote.
Responsibilities Market assessment: identify and assess opportunities for international expansion by analysing market potential, consumer trends, and regional demand for Arduino solutions.
Strategic planning: define the go‐to‐market strategy for new regions, including localised marketing approaches and distribution logistics.
Solution identification: evaluate and select e‐commerce platforms and third‐party solutions to ensure a seamless, localised user experience.
Stakeholder coordination: coordinate multi‐disciplinary teams to align on project milestones and deployment timelines.
Operational execution: set up new storefronts,



ensuring compliance with local regulations and integration with internal systems; manage the business in person or through local resources/agencies.
Performance analysis: monitor and report on the success of new market entries using KPIs, providing ROI analysis and data‐driven recommendations.
User experience optimisation: plan and execute experiments such as conversion tests and funnel optimisations to maximise lead generation and sales performance.
Go‐to‐market leadership: define and lead the go‐to‐market strategy, including marketing and advertising.
Preferred Minimum Qualifications 5+ years of experience managing and scaling e‐commerce marketplaces across different countries and cultures, preferably in Asia or LATAM.
Relationship management: ability to build rapport and influence internal stakeholders and external partners.
Project management: strong organisational skills and ability to handle multiple international projects simultaneously.
