Experteer Overview In this role you will lead a global reliability program to boost asset performance and reduce lifecycle costs across sites. You will guide site Reliability Engineers, align maintenance strategies under a common framework, and drive scalable, sustainable improvements. You'll partner with Engineering, Operations, Quality and Sustainability to balance uptime with environmental goals. This is an opportunity to shape reliability strategy in a matrix, multinational environment and deliver measurable impact on safety and efficiency. You will influence capital planning and master planning while advancing sustainability goals.
Retribuzione / Benefits Lead development and deployment of a standardized reliability program across multiple manufacturing sites
Provide technical leadership to site Reliability Engineers and align with a common reliability framework
Guide site maintenance master planning and ensure alignment with long-term asset lifecycle and capital plans
Integrate environmental sustainability into reliability strategies, optimizing utilities and reducing emissions,



water use, and waste
Collaborate with Engineering, Operations, Quality and Sustainability teams to deliver scalable solutions
Plan, coordinate and deploy global initiatives with strong project management discipline
Drive reliability performance improvements and minimize operational risk
Responsabilità Advanced degree plus 6 years of experience, or Bachelor's degree plus 8 years in reliability engineering, maintenance or asset management in manufacturing
5+ years of leadership experience in a matrixed organization
Experience deploying reliability engineering or asset management programs across multiple sites
Experience aligning maintenance strategies with asset lifecycle and capital plans
Strong project management experience with global stakeholders
Experience with RCM, asset criticality, and preventive/predictive maintenance
Experience supporting environmental sustainability initiative
