Experteer Overview Exciting leadership role in McKinsey's Private Capital practice in Milan. You will guide investor-focused engagements, lead project teams, and shape growth strategy for PE clients across Europe. You'll collaborate across practices to deepen client relationships and institutional knowledge, while developing junior colleagues and driving meaningful impact for portfolio companies. This role offers high-performance mentorship, global exposure, and a strong focus on leadership development in a diverse environment.
Retribuzione / Benefits Manage projects for investor clients and coach junior colleagues on the Private Capital team
Be part of the practice leadership, setting growth strategy and ensuring delivery excellence
Collaborate on initiatives like client roundtables and roadshows to expand client impact
Develop and institutionalize firm knowledge across the investment cycle with focus on Europe and Italy PE




Work with other McKinsey practices in Italy to deepen firm culture and client relationships
Responsabilità Master's degree in relevant field
7+ years of investment experience in a top-tier PE firm or PE division of a top-tier consultancy
Deep experience in PE investments, divestments, and portfolio management
Strong investor-focused knowledge of an industry
Excellent problem-solving and ability to present complex information clearly
Strong consulting skills and experience
Fluency in Italian and English
Understanding and network in large-cap and mid-market PE
