Waynesville, (Haywood Co., NC), Charlotte (Mecklenburg), and Brevard (Transylvania Co., NC).Responsibilities Represent clients in various transactional matters, including but not limited to wills and estates, asset protection, business plans, incorporations & LLCs, non-profit 501 (3), and intellectual property litigation Manage a caseload with minimal supervision, ensuring deadlines are met and providing regular updates to clients Conduct legal research and draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs Engage in negotiation and mediation efforts to resolve disputes amicably Collaborate with other attorneys and support staff to ensure seamless case management Participate in business development initiatives, including networking events and client meetings Mentor and supervise junior attorneys and paralegals Requirements J.
