Recruit4Work Sl is seeking a Talent Scout to join a dynamic, fast-growing international team. This 100% remote role offers a flexible schedule and the autonomy to manage recruitment across Europe, with a minimum commitment of 30 hours per week.

You will source candidates, post job ads, screen resumes, and coordinate interviews while contributing to employer branding and hiring strategy. Fluency in English is essential; Teamtailor experience is a plus.
