Teceze is seeking a reliable IT Support Specialist (Backfill/ Freelancer) to provide on-site technical assistance when full-time engineers are unavailable or for dispatch activities in Abruzzo, Italy. You will support desktops, laptops, peripherals, and conference room tech while ensuring SLA adherence.

The role covers hardware/software installation, imaging, printer setups, Office 365 support, and high-touch end-user service for Mac and Windows systems.
