Quality Project Manager As a Quality Project Manager in our Industrial & Energy Technology (IET) organization, you will own end‑to‑end accountability for ensuring that the project scope of supply fully complies with contractual quality requirements. You will work closely with Project Managers, Project Directors, and cross‑functional teams to proactively manage quality risks, implement mitigation strategies, and minimize defects so that we consistently meet or exceed customer expectations.
Responsibilities Develop and maintain project quality plans, leveraging standard templates and integrating customer‑specific quality, regulatory, and product certification requirements.
Own and manage project quality requirements, ensuring effective execution through appropriate quality surveillance and risk mitigation plans.
Lead the non‑conformance and concession management process, ensuring compliance with contractual and regulatory obligations.
Maintain effective communication with internal stakeholders and external customers, fostering strong and transparent working relationships.
Prepare and present quality performance reports to internal leadership and customer representatives.
Monitor and manage punch lists throughout execution, with the objective of achieving zero open items at shipment.
Ensure on‑time delivery of quality documentation and certification dossiers to customers.
Drive continuous improvement by capturing, sharing,
and applying lessons learned.
Support operational excellence initiatives and broader strategic programs.
Define and deploy the quality roadmap for assigned projects or programs.
Support the preparation and execution of Quality Management Reviews and Business Reviews.
Qualifications Degree in Engineering, Project Management, Quality Management, or equivalent professional experience (Master’s Degree preferred).
Demonstrated experience in Quality Assurance and Quality Control, including practical application in complex projects.
Strong analytical, reporting, and problem‑solving skills, with experience in continuous improvement methodologies.
Fluency in English and Italian.
Proven experience in quality or project management roles, preferably within the energy sector.
Certified Quality Auditor (preferred).
Prior experience in the Oil & Gas industry (preferred).

For Italy – Initial pay range: €51,200 to €70,400 (subject to collective bargaining agreement).
