Retribuzione / Benefits Lead day-to-day project management across Project Managers, Construction Managers, Project Controls and Assistant Project Managers.
Manage client-direct contracts with architects, engineers, consultants and construction agreements.
Monitor budget, schedule and design completion; lead status meetings and report progress to the client.
Oversee procurement for subconsultants, vendors, and client-direct works.
Lead project team meetings to track design, construction, budget and schedule progress.
Manage quality control, risk mitigation and contractor performance on site.
Review and negotiate change orders, time extensions and additional services to protect scope, schedule and budget.
Coordinate approvals, permits and authorizations, supporting Certificate of Occupancy.
Facilitate commissioning and handover of the venue.
Foster a collaborative, high-performance environment across all project teams and stakeholders.
Responsabilità Bachelor's or Master's degree in Construction, Engineering, Architecture, or related discipline.
Proven experience delivering high-value, complex sports, entertainment, or public assembly venues.
Strong leadership with multiple stakeholder management including ownership or board-level reporting.
Exceptional English and Italian communication skills.
Advanced Excel; proficiency in Microsoft Project preferred.
Detail-oriented, organized, analytical and collaborative with good problem-solving abilities.
