Experteer Overview In this role you will lead the Worldwide Controlling consolidation team, ensuring accurate monthly reporting and top‐management disclosures. You will drive budgeting, forecasting, and global projects, collaborating with multiple functions and Kering teams. You help shape financial governance in a fast‐paced luxury group and enable strategic decisions. This is a key position at a growing, globally integrated house where cross‐functional impact matters.

Coordinate guidelines and instructions to regional controllers and shared service centers
Lead budgeting and forecast planning processes
Drive complex global consolidation projects and ensure cross‐functional collaboration

Support and align with all relevant House departments and Kering teams in Paris
Responsabilità Degree in Business Administration, Management or related field
5-7 years of experience in consolidation or a similar role
IFRS knowledge; Italian GAAP a plus
Strong communication with internal and external stakeholders
Advanced Excel and PowerBI; Hyperion and/or SAP FMS knowledge a plus
Agile methodology experience; ability to work under tight deadlines; fast‐paced environment
Fluent in Italian and English; French a plus
