Continuous Improvement Specialist (OMS Champion)
COME TO BUILD THE BUSINESS OF THE FUTURE
We are looking for a Continuous Improvement Specialist (OMS Champion) near Mestre who has the drive to improve processes, passion for excellence, and enthusiasm for developing solutions.
In this role you will:
Spread and share the Lean mindset throughout the organization;
Engage Site Leaders in OMS by training them and supporting the Site Management Team to establish and maintain an organization that delivers;
Manage and support process improvement projects;
Implement and monitor KPIs;
Promote and convey continuous improvement tools;
Manage continuous improvement opportunities, addressing necessary actions;
Support the implementation and maintenance of Performance Management;




The ideal candidate
Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Economics or Master in Supply Chain;
At least 2 years of experience in continuous improvement's team in Manufacturing/Supply Chain Industry;
Good knowledge of the main diagnostic tools, data analysis and performance measurement;
Good knowledge of the English;
Ability to analyze processes and solve problems;
Excellent knowledge of Excel, Power BI;
Proactive personality, able to work in a team with good communication skills and a strong propensity for improvement.
