We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented IT Support Assistant to join our technology team. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for all internal technology-related requests, helping employees resolve technical issues efficiently and ensuring smooth day-to-day IT operations across the European organization.
In addition to operational support, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the ongoing improvement of our IT infrastructure, supporting the team in identifying enhancements and new solutions.
We are looking for someone with a curious mindset and a genuine interest in technology, eager to learn, grow, and gradually get exposure to innovative topics, including emerging technologies such as Artificial Intelligence.
Provide first-level technical support to end users via helpdesk tickets, phone, email, and in-person assistance
Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software,



and network issues in a timely manner
Assist with the onboarding and offboarding of employees, including account creation, device setup, and access management
Monitor and respond to IT support tickets, ensuring issues are resolved or escalated appropriately
Maintain an up-to-date inventory of IT assets (hardware, software licenses, peripherals)
Support the installation, configuration, and update of software applications
Assist in maintaining network infrastructure, including Wi-Fi connectivity and basic network troubleshooting
Document technical procedures, FAQs, and IT policies for internal knowledge base
Collaborate with senior IT staff on projects and system upgrades
Support the team in identifying improvements to IT tools and processes, suggesting ideas where appropriate
Ensure compliance with IT security policies and data protection regulations
Knowledge of Windows and/or macOS opera
