Experteer Overview In this field‐based role, you support joint replacement procedures in Southern Italy, including manual and Mako robotic‐assisted surgeries. You train surgeons and staff, drive adoption of advanced technologies, and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure procedural excellence. You work closely with sales to execute local strategy, manage theatre stock, and lead product evaluations and training events. This role offers hands‐on clinical impact, with opportunities to become a certified Mako specialist and grow within a global MedTech leader.

Deliver product training to surgeons, theatre staff, and healthcare professionals
Support and grow customer relationships ensuring high service levels
Collaborate with Sales to execute local strategy and regional planning
Manage consignment stock and theatre inventory with accurate tracking
Lead and support product evaluations, trials,

Organise and deliver training sessions, workshops, and product demonstrations

Monitor customer needs and identify new business opportunities with Sales
Maintain structured territory planning (daily/weekly/monthly)
Responsabilità Bachelor's degree in a scientific, medical, or technical field
At least 4+ years of experience in healthcare
Experience in orthopaedics
Fluent Italian (C2) and strong English (minimum B2)
Willingness to travel extensively, including frequent flights
