Experteer Overview In this Staff Software Engineer role, you lead architectural decisions and front-end-focused delivery within LodgeLink's tech organization. You'll shape cloud-native solutions, mentor engineers, and push for high-quality, scalable systems. You work closely with cross-functional teams to improve code quality and tooling, aiming to support a 100% uptime and large-scale growth. The opportunity combines leadership, hands-on engineering, and a focus on delivering exceptional user experiences in workforce travel.

Responsabilità 10+ years of full SDLC experience with at least 3 years in staff engineer level or higher
Mastery of SDLC, SOLID, TDD/BDD, and clean architecture
5+ years with modern technologies such as GoLang, GraphQL, gRPC, microservices, NoSQL
10+ years of cloud development experience and leadership roles
Proficiency in cloud-based architecture and automated release pipelines (>7 years)
7+ years API-first, loosely coupled, domain-driven design experience
Experience managing technical debt and improving code/processes
Commitment to delivering high-quality code and testing approaches
