MDM Data Analyst

As an MDM Data Analyst, you will be a key member of the MDM team, responsible for developing and maintaining match strategies using data from various sources, including Credentialing and Human Resource systems.

Requirements

- Conduct formal reviews of Business Requirements, Operations Guides, Reference Tables, and program artifacts on Teams/SharePoint Sites.
- Review the Outgoing Data Model, including views offered to MDM Consumers and associated data dictionaries, to familiarize yourself with the current state of the MDM Program.
- Utilize Teams Foundation Server (TFS) for managing development sprint work and drafting tasks for upcoming work.
- Support Master Data Work queues and ticketing for Business Data Stewards.




- Perform daily reviews of Provider Records Match Queues to validate proposed/excluded records.
- Provide support to business and technical team members as an experienced consultant in payor enrollment and medical staff credentialing data management.
- Assist in developing basic business requirements:
- Identifying tables and fields within systems.
- Communicating with business source owners using industry-accepted terms and conditions.
- Developing data definitions.
- Defining business item requirements for developers to transform, extract, validate, and test data from source systems.
