Teceze is seeking a Field Support Specialist to install, configure and maintain desktop PCs, printers, and peripherals in Castelfranco di Sotto. You will work with vendors, manage inventory, imaging, DHCP/DNS, and Office 365 support, while delivering high-touch service for VIP users.

You will provide on-site and conference room support, handle IMAC tasks for IT assets, and document incidents and resolutions to support knowledge base and SLAs.
