Job Description
Radisson Hotel Group, a global hospitality company with more than 1,500 hotels across 95+ countries, seeks a Finance Manager to support its executive team in delivering accurate financial reporting and analysis. The role emphasizes transparency, shareholder reporting, performance analysis and strategic finance partnership.
Key Roles and Responsibilities
Lead and manage financial reporting processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timeliness across all reporting cycles.
Prepare and deliver comprehensive financial reports to internal stakeholders and shareholders.
Conduct deep financial analysis to support business performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
Support the preparation of shareholder reporting materials, including board-level presentations and financial summaries.
Partner with cross‑functional teams to ensure alignment between financial performance and business strategy.
Ensure compliance with international accounting standards and internal policies.
Monitor financial performance, budgets, and forecasts, highlighting risks and opportunities.
Contribute to strategic planning through robust financial modelling and scenario analysis.
Support internal and external audits, ensuring full documentation and transparency.
Translate financial data and insights clearly for both English and Chinese‑speaking stakeholders.
Requirements
Minimum 4+ years of professional experience in finance within an international company.
Strong experience in financial reporting and analysis.
Proven experience in shareholder reporting and exposure to executive‑level stakeholders.
Solid understanding of financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
Fluent in English and Chinese (Mandarin), both written and spoken.
Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business, economics or related field.
Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial reporting tools.
Strong understanding of international financial standards.
