HSPI S.p.A., a TXT Group company, provides Business Consulting, IT Governance, and Digital Innovation services.

To support the expansion of its Palermo office , HSPI is looking for 2 Business Analysts to join the team.

The selected candidates will work on-site (full presence) at the Palermo offices of a leading Public Administration organization, contributing to digital transformation and technological innovation projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Support the analysis of business processes and functional requirements for IT projects.
- Assist in gathering and documenting business requirements.
- Support the mapping of Public Administration processes and the preparation of project documentation.
- Participate in process analysis and the identification of opportunities for process improvement and digital transformation.
- Collaborate with business and technical teams and participate in meetings with clients and stakeholders.
- Support project monitoring activities and the preparation of project status reports.

Education

Master's degree in Economics, Law, or Management Engineering.





Required Skills

- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good command of the English language.

- The successful candidate will be offered a one-year fixed-term employment contract under the Italian CCNL Commercio , with a RAL ranging from €22.000 to €29.000, depending on experience.
