Reschio is seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to manage end-to-end recruitment and support day-to-day HR operations. The role partners with the People & Culture Manager and HR Supervisor to attract, onboard and engage talent in a dynamic estate environment.

The ideal candidate is organized, proactive and communicates effectively in English and Italian, with a strong sense of integrity and discretion. This on-site role offers room to grow within a culture-driven organisation in Umbria.
