Experteer Overview As Delivery Lead Manager at Avanade you own the end-to-end delivery of complex projects in Health & Public Services, with a focus on local public administration. You will lead client relationships, coordinate cross‐functional teams, and ensure projects meet time, cost, and quality targets. You drive process improvements, manage risks, and align outcomes with strategic objectives, delivering measurable value for clients and the business. Lead planning, execution, and delivery of projects within scope, time, and budget
Allocate resources, develop detailed project plans, and manage delivery schedules
Monitor project performance with appropriate tools and report progress and adjustments
Oversee a team of project managers and delivery staff,

Understanding of delivery processes, methodologies, and quality standards
