Experteer Overview In this role, you will ensure successful delivery of Group IT services to local business entities, coordinating across production sites in Italy. You will travel frequently to oversee service delivery, collaborate with vendors and support teams, and implement Group IT solutions for local needs. You will drive IT projects, maintain up-to-date process documentation, and identify improvements to enhance service quality. As a trusted advisor, you will guide employees on IT solutions and security best practices while working with regional and global IT teams. Retribuzione / Benefits Ensure delivery of Group IT services and solutions to local entities Travel to multiple sites in Italy to support operations Collaborate with vendors and support teams on technical issues Act as local point of contact for the factory for IT matters Participate in IT project delivery within scope, time, and budget Maintain accurate documentation of IT processes, systems,
