OverviewAs Product Manager Aftermarket you drive the development and execution of aftermarket product strategies and pricing to grow revenue and profitability. This role offers impact at scale within a multinational industrial context, with opportunities to influence strategy and deliver tangible growth.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute aftermarket product line strategies, roadmaps, and promotionsDrive profitability, revenue, margin, and cost‐out initiatives for assigned productsAnalyze sales, monitor performance against Profit Plan and forecastsLead lifecycle management, portfolio optimization,



and market share goalsManage cross‐functional launches and promotional activities with stakeholdersCoordinate with production and global strategy to support growth and pricingLead competitive assessments, pricing updates, and product data accuracyCreate marketing collateral and support online/digital presence for product linesRepresent the market at aftermarket shows and drive growth opportunitiesDeliver comprehensive project plans with cross‐functional teams and governanceQualificationsBachelor's or higher in marketing, business, or engineering5 years' experience in sales/marketing/aftermarket initiatives, xrdztoy product management or program managementFluent in EnglishExperience in marketing and sales / aftermarketKnowledge of transmissions, clutch, torque, engine parts, hydraulics (nice to have)Experience in automotive or electrical industriesStrong Microsoft Office skills; PMP/PMI certification considered a plusResults‐oriented, adaptable, and collaborative with strong communication skillsAbility
