At Lavazza, we are building a next-generation data-driven intelligence system to protect the official distribution of our products to our customers worldwide. Reporting to the Commercial Project Management Team, we are looking for a Commercial Intelligence & Advanced Analytics Specialist with a strong analytical mindset and a business-oriented approach, who will play a key role in transforming data into actionable insights and supporting decisions across global markets.

The ideal candidate will not just manage or visualize data; they will also use advanced statistical and computational approaches to extract predictive value from business data and support business decisions through mathematical modelling. You’ll be able to:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders
Shape how data can support real-world insights and business decisions
Responsibilities
Build advanced analytics solutions combining data from different sources: internal product traceability systems, external data sources, integration with customer data bases, legal data base
Design and develop enterprise-level dashboards in Power BI
Analyse data to detect patterns, anomalies and risk signals
Contribute to the development of risk models and data-driven intelligence tools
Partner with cross-functional teams (Sales, Legal, Brand Protection, Top Management) to support decision-making
Qualifications
Solid business and industry knowledge, with a strong understanding of sales processes and experience in analytics, supply chain data, advanced analytics or machine learning.
Advanced skills in data analysis and visualization tools, particularly Power BI and SQL; good knowledge of Python, predictive modelling and Excel.
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, combined with a structured approach to problem solving.
Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills, with the ability to build trust and influence across teams.
Flexibility and adaptability to work effectively in dynamic and complex environments.
Fluent English proficiency is required; knowledge of French and/or German is a plus.

Initial annual gross salary of minimum € 53.000
Premio per Obiettivi (PPO) equal to € 2.500 at target level for 2026
