Experteer Overview As System Engineering Manager for the ENCAR Business Line, you orchestrate engineering design for critical systems and plant areas, aligning technical work across disciplines and external centers. You'll lead 3D model activities and ensure compliance with client requirements and project specs, while managing interfaces, deliverables, and risks. This role plays a pivotal part in delivering integrated, high‐quality engineering outcomes for complex projects. You will work with cross‐functional teams to enable timely decisions and support the project lifecycle.
Retribuzione / Benefits Coordinate multidisciplinary engineering activities for assigned systems and plant areas throughout the project lifecycle
Drive technical integration across engineering disciplines and external Saipem Engineering Centers, enabling effective and timely decision‐making
Lead 3D model activities, including planning, reviews, quality control and clash management
Ensure compliance with Client requirements, project specifications and contractual obligations




Manage engineering deliverables, interfaces, changes and constructability aspects within the assigned scope
Monitor engineering man‐hours and material quantities, progress, costs and risks, implementing recovery plans when necessary
Act as the primary technical interface with Clients, Vendors and project stakeholders for assigned systems and 3D model activities
Support planning and scheduling of engineering activities by ensuring an integrated, efficient and high‐quality engineering design
Responsabilità Bachelor in STEM
At least 10 years of proven experience in technical supervision, leading teams and/or managing complex projects
English B2 (Written and spoken)
