Experteer Overview As Engineering to Manufacturing Manager, you bridge design and production to industrialize new products. You optimize manufacturability, material flow, and supply resilience while coordinating with engineering, supply chain, and regional plants. You drive ramp‐up, sub‐assembly strategies, and BOM optimization to improve throughput. You'll explore dual sourcing, outsourcing options, and smooth knowledge transfer across regions. This is a pivotal role shaping scalable, efficient product introductions for a global leader in mission‐critical infrastructure. Retribuzione / Benefits Drive the transition of new products from engineering to manufacturing Develop tools and processes for ramp‐up and production readiness Ensure designs align with manufacturing capabilities and requirements Define and manage sub‐assembly strategies to reduce takt time and improve throughput Identify and validate dual sourcing opportunities for critical components Own and manage BOM elements for bulk components and optimize structure Support product transfers to regional manufacturing sites and align processes Evaluate outsourcing/sub‐assembly opportunities with external partners Collaborate with cross‐functional teams (engineering, supply chain, procurement) to define strategies Align designs with scalability, manufacturability, and industrialization across product families Responsabilità Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field Several years of experience in product development, manufacturing engineering, or product industrialization Experience with cross‐functional teams including engineering, supply chain, and manufacturing operations Experience with BOM management and product lifecycle processes Familiarity with NPI and product ramp‐up processes #J-18808-Ljbffr
