Experteer Overview As a Technical Design Manager, you will lead multidisciplinary design teams to deliver complex hyperscale, colocation, and enterprise data centre projects in Europe. You'll manage design Phases, ensure quality and client alignment, and mitigate risks while collaborating with cross-border delivery teams. This client-facing, hands‐on role offers career progression on high-profile projects with global clients. Based in Milan with travel across Europe, you'll help shape resilient data centres and critical facilities for the EU market. Retribuzione / Benefits Lead and coordinate multi-disciplinary design teams (Architecture, Civil, Structural, Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Security, Fire Protection, ICT, BMS/EPMS). Oversee all phases of data centre projects from due diligence to construction documentation. Ensure timely delivery of high-quality design outputs meeting client requirements and timelines. Identify and mitigate project risks early with practical solutions.



Support Project Managers and Directors on commercial governance and risk mitigation. Present to clients and stakeholders to ensure timely, high-quality deliverables. Collaborate with local and international delivery teams for localization and permitting compliance. Respond to client requirements in a timely manner.
