Dematic is seeking a Project Manager for its premises in Cernusco sul Naviglio, Italy. The role focuses on ensuring that all intercompany projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget, from contract acquisition to acceptance for circular sorter solutions. Responsibilities Coordinate and complete projects on time, within budget, and scope. Ensure resource availability and allocation across Engineering, Procurement, and on‐site activities. Collaborate with the Factory Manager to monitor manufacturing status. Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques. Manage relationships with internal clients and all stakeholders. Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation and reporting. Identify and manage project risks. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related field. 2‐3 years of experience as a project manager. Experience in the logistics automation market is a plus. Fluent in written and spoken English; second language (German or Spanish)

is a plus. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and multitasking. Willingness to travel within Italy and abroad (approximately 30% of time). PMP certification is a plus.
