Bold is seeking an Italian Customer Support Specialist to work on-site in Lisbon. You will be the primary voice of the brand for Italian-speaking customers, handling inquiries across phone, email, and live chat while delivering excellent service.

The role requires fluent Italian, English at B2 level, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural team with rotating shifts. EU citizenship or a valid Portugal work permit is necessary.
