Experteer Overview As a Strategy& Manager in Aerospace and Defence, you lead complex engagements for elite clients in a dynamic, globally connected practice. You steer multidisciplinary teams and shape innovative strategies that translate into measurable transformation. You work closely with senior stakeholders to govern market opportunities, defense programs, and go-to-market initiatives, delivering pragmatic results. You join a global network within Pw C, contributing to a national strategy initiative and building lasting client relationships. This role offers high-impact work at the intersection of strategy, operations, and technology. Drive transformational change and go-to-market strategies within the Aerospace and Defence sector. Manage project delivery, ensuring milestones are met on time and within budget. Navigate diverse client environments and enable programs across different engagement phases. Collaborate with international and Italian clients and participate in multinational defense programs. Responsabilità 5–7 years of strategy consulting experience at a top-tier firm or similar corporate role in Aerospace and Defence. Strong academic record with a Bachelor and an MBA or Masters from a world-leading institution. Proven ability to structure and present Aerospace and Defence propositions; leadership in teams. Excellent analytical skills, numeracy, and aptitude for solving ambiguous problems. Fluent Italian and English; additional European language a plus. Ability to manage multiple projects, secure follow-on work, and travel internationally.
