Experteer Overview In this role you will lead procurement activities to support manufacturing operations, driving sourcing strategies, supplier performance, and commercial negotiations. You will partner with Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, and Business Units to meet current and future requirements, optimize costs, and ensure supply continuity. You will manage supplier relationships, monitor performance, and drive continuous improvements across procurement processes. This position offers the chance to shape sourcing strategies in a global manufacturing environment and contribute to Littelfuse's growth and operational excellence.
Retribuzione / Benefits Lead procurement projects impacting sourcing processes, supplier relationships, and operational performance
Drive strategic sourcing to optimize pricing, delivery terms, quality, and supply continuity for key materials and equipment
Review supplier agreements and renegotiate to improve terms and performance
Negotiate with suppliers to secure favorable pricing, contracts, and long-term partnerships
Partner with Engineering,



Manufacturing, Operations, and Business Units to support requirements and new product development
Identify, evaluate, and onboard new suppliers meeting technical, operational, and commercial needs
Support cross-functional projects related to manufacturing changes, product launches, and supply chain optimization
Monitor supplier performance and drive corrective actions for quality, delivery, or service issues
Analyze procurement data to identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements
Recommend continuous improvement initiatives across procurement processes and systems
Ensure compliance with procurement policies and corporate standards
Coach and manage procurement team performance and development
Develop strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external suppliers for long-term goals
Support risk mitigation related to supply continuity, supplier performance, and market cha
