In this role you lead outsourced service delivery for a payments platform, ensuring regulatory and scheme compliance, production support, and end-to-end IT solutions. You will coordinate across Milan, Basildon, and India, aligning client expectations with contractual and regulatory obligations. You drive multi-vendor, cross-functional delivery from concept through production, balancing operational excellence with strategic IT investments. This position offers impact at scale in a global fintech environment.
Retribuzione / Benefits
- Act as the primary client and vendor contact to translate objectives into actionable plans
- Oversee end-to-end service performance, including production support and incident management
- Lead distributed onshore/offshore teams across multiple locations
- Manage budgets, resources, and trade-offs between scope, cost, and risk
- Guide SDLC delivery across Waterfall and Agile, including planning,



estimation, and release
- Provide technical direction in the payments domain and ensure adherence to standards
- Define operational processes, launches, training, and continuous improvement based on feedback

Responsabilità
- 12+ years in processing platform application support or development (e.g., VisionPLUS)
- Strong knowledge of credit card issuing and acquiring businesses
- Proven negotiation and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with SDLC, Waterfall and Agile, for large-scale IT implementations
- Extensive product and program management experience with requirements documentation and process mapping
- Background in cards/payments industry with solution, architecture, and development exposure
