Experteer Overview In this role you guide two agile teams to deliver high-quality products by applying Scrum and scaled agile practices. You'll foster continuous improvement, coach team dynamics, and collaborate closely with Product Owners to clarify goals. The position supports a hybrid work model across multiple European locations, emphasizing people development and value delivery to customers. Coach and mentor teams to foster positive dynamics and collaboration Collaborate with Product Owners to manage backlogs and development goals Remove impediments to maintain uninterrupted team progress Promote cross-team collaboration and effective communication with customers and stakeholders Responsabilità Bachelor's degree or higher (fields vary) u003e2 years of experience as a Scrum Master Motivation to work in an Agile, dynamic, cross-functional environment Proven ability to earn trust while challenging teams to improve Outstanding communication, facilitation, negotiation, and coaching skills Ability to foster positive team dynamics and collaboration Risk management and conflict resolution skills Proficiency in Italian and English as working languages Nice to have: manufacturing industry background with hardware/equipment development Nice to have: certifications: CSM, CSP-SM, PMI-ACP, ICAgile-ATF, ICAgile-ACC #J-18808-Ljbffr
