Posizione: Regional AI Strategist (Triveneto)
Responsabilità:
Advice to clients as sole representative, guiding their AI transformation journey.
Sell and maintain client relationships, delivering projects and initiatives.
Coordinate delivery of projects with internal teams, ensuring impact and quality.
Work closely with AI Trainers, AI Engineers, Product team, and CEO.
Qualificazioni:
Min. 2 anni in sales (deals >30k) or tech consulting, with experience in AI or GenAI.
Deep understanding of GenAI, including productivity tools, emerging capabilities, and agent building.
Business acumen – understand Italian companies' processes, decision dynamics, and transformation potential.
Strong credibility: able to earn CEO trust, be a strategic AI guide.
Excellent sales and negotiation skills, result oriented, tracked by quarterly targets.
Project management skills – leading teams, managing deadlines, coordinating resources to create real impact.
Modalità di lavoro: Base a Verona o Padova con presenze periodiche al quartier generale di Milano.
Compenso: Totale annuale 54.000 – 109.000 € (in base a seniority).
