We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Tender & Contract Coordinator to support our growing team. Duties & Responsibilities

Monitor and analyse tender alerts to identify opportunities aligned with Merit Medical’s product portfolio.

Prepare and submit compelling, compliant tender applications via web portals or email.

Collaborate with Sales to develop pricing strategies and ensure timely, accurate submissions.

Submit awarded tenders in our Oracle system and ensure full compliance with contractual obligations.

Maintain e-catalogues and product classifications up to date and accurate.

Analyse contract awards and performance metrics, including price adjustments and usage trends.

Collaborate with Regulatory, Legal, and HR teams to ensure complete and compliant submissions.

Proactively inform Sales of upcoming tender renewals to support timely customer engagement.





Contribute to diverse projects aimed at enhancing and streamlining our internal processes.

Providing support with additional tasks and assisting colleagues across regions, as needed.

Summary Of Qualifications

Education and/or experience equivalent to an Associate’s Degree.

Minimum 2 years of experience in tender or contract management, or a related field.

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and database tools.

Excellent analytical and organizational skills.

Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple priorities.

Results-orientated with ability to work effectively in a matrix environment.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills—both written and verbal.

Fluent in Italian and English.
