Experteer Overview In this Senior Business Developer role, you identify and secure new accounts across targeted industrial markets to expand Honeywell's market presence and drive sustainable growth. You will build a robust high-value pipeline, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and shape tailored value propositions for clients. You'll engage with key stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor and shaping partnerships that enhance value delivery. The role requires significant travel (70%+) within Italy and East Mediterranean Countries and fluent English. aligning challenges with Honeywell solutions Analyze market trends to identify growth opportunities and inform strategic positioning Establish strategic partnerships and structure alliances to enhance value delivery Responsabilità Minimum 5+ years in business development within industrial automation (End User, Partners such as OEMs, Contractors, SI) Proven track record of driving growth and closing large, complex deals in industrial automation markets Experience selling solutions, including software and cybersecurity Fluent English with strong communication skills Experience in international environments with diverse stakeholders Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets Understanding of markets: Specialty Chemicals, Energy, Renewable Energy, Utilities, Midstream, Upstream, Life Science/Pharma, Marine Ability to translate technical concepts into business value for diverse stakeholders Strong strategic thinking, negotiation and relationship-building skills #J-18808-Ljbffr
