Experteer OverviewAs Market Access, Pricing and Public Affairs Director you will shape Italy's access strategy for Genmab's oncology portfolio. You'll lead HTA submissions, pricing discussions, and negotiations, ensuring alignment with European and global strategies. You will work with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders to secure reimbursement and support: a pivotal role as Genmab expands its European presence. Your work will directly influence patient access to innovative cervical cancer therapies and other oncology medicines. You will operate in a fast‐paced, science‐driven environment that values collaboration and impact.Retribuzione / BenefitsIdentify and develop Italy‐specific P&R; strategies and respond to policy challenges impacting the product portfolioTranslate technical P&R; information into actionable recommendations and strategic tacticsChampion Italian P&R; requirements across Commercial Operations and align stakeholders on prioritiesEngage external stakeholders including government agencies and organizations to inform strategyCollaborate with European/global teams and external vendors on value access and pricing deliverablesLead development of Italian market access deliverables (HTA submissions, local evidence plans, negotiation strategies)Develop payer and advocacy engagement plans and liaise with external expertsEnsure local market access strategy aligns with European/global strategies and establish EU pricing positionWork closely with Marketing, Medical Affairs, Regulatory and other internal teamsResponsabilità10 to 15 years in Market Access & pricingStrong knowledge of Italian market access & pricing landscapeStrong oncology market knowledge (commercial and clinical)Excellent communication and negotiation skillsBusiness fluency in English; fluency in Italian requiredRequisiti fondamentaliPensionHealth insurance and wellness benefitsPaid time offEmployee support programs
