Retribuzione / Benefits Evaluate and prioritize incoming requests based on value and strategic fit
Define project scope with stakeholders and manage intake to delivery
Gather requirements and translate into functional specs with focus on Dynamics 365 and AI
Design solutions with technical teams including functional design and BRD creation

Lead projects end-to-end with plans, timelines, and workstreams
Identify and mitigate risks, dependencies, and issues
Coordinate delivery teams and align Business and IT
Maintain knowledge base and troubleshoot issues in internal platforms
Responsabilità 5+ years of professional experience
Dynamics 365 experience strongly preferred
Knowledge of AI and Generative AI concepts
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience in Insurance projects preferred
Proficiency in business analysis techniques (process mapping, user stories, workshops)
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Experience leading cross-functional projects
Ability to create and maintain detailed documentation and reports
Familiarity with AGILE methodologies
