How you'll make an impact
Engage with supply chain management and other functional stakeholders at regional and global levels to understand primary challenges and ongoing initiatives
Conduct root cause analyses to identify gaps and develop business cases, providing management with recommendations on project viability
Inspire and guide project teams by setting clear objectives and empowering members to optimize resource use and efficiency
Create detailed project plans that outline scope, budgets, schedules,

and risk assessments to ensure alignment with overall project goals
Oversee project execution to ensure alignment with Hitachi Energy policies while monitoring resource utilization and tracking progress against set timelines
Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, ensuring transparent communication on project objectives and deliverables
Promote adherence to health, safety, and environmental standards throughout project activities
Foster the professional growth of team members by providing guidance, constructive feedback, and encouraging ongoing learning in supply chain management practices
Your background
Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or Engineering
Minimum of 3 years of project management experience in supply chain operations or a related field
Strong knowledge of supply chain processes, methodologies, and best practices
