Salary Range: 100.000 – 120.000 euro gross annual salary, depending on experience.

Role Overview
The BWS Special Projects Unit oversees BWS's long-standing projects while leading the development and pre-production of new show formats, emotional masterplanning,
and attraction concepts. The Unit operates across multiple disciplines, including:
Live events and ceremonies
Ticketed shows, based on original IP
Architecture and design of theatres and public spaces
Temporary and permanent artistic installations and exhibitions
We nurture each project from its earliest conceptual stage, guiding it from an abstract opportunity into a fully realized production. Through a step-by-step process, we transform visionary ideas into tangible, impactful experiences.
Position
The Senior Creative Producer plays a key role within the Creative Department, reporting to the Special Projects Business Unit Director and working closely with the Project Creative Leader. This position ensures the seamless execution of creative projects by overseeing talent selection, onboarding, creative development, and content production across both bid and execution phases.
