Experteer Overview In this role you will drive cross-border M&A; initiatives to support EssilorLuxottica's strategic growth in eyewear, luxury, retail, and tech-enabled segments. You will work closely with the Global M&A; team and cross-functional partners to source opportunities, structure transactions, and manage deals end-to-end from origination to closing. You'll analyse financials, coordinate due diligence, and prepare materials for leadership and boards. This is a fast-paced, impact-focused role that shapes how the company expands its brand and footprint worldwide.
Retribuzione / Benefits Monitor market trends and identify strategic opportunities
Support negotiation phases and structuring of transactions
Lead execution of M&A; transactions (majority/minority, mergers, carve-outs)
Perform financial analysis and valuation modeling (DCF, comps)
Coordinate due diligence with external advisors and internal stakeholders




Prepare investment memoranda and board materials
Support the legal team across transaction documents and actions
Responsabilità 6‐8 years of experience in M&A; roles in banks, advisory, Big4, corporate finance, PE, or relevant industry
Strong financial modelling and valuation skills
Proven multi‐workstream management in complex deals
Excellent analytical and problem‐solving abilities
Fluency in English; Italian and French preferred
Strong communication and stakeholder management
Ability to work in a fast‐paced environment
