How you'll make an impact Contribute to improving electrical safety performance and provide excellent services to HSE and operations teams across Hitachi Energy
Support key stakeholders to ensure the delivery and implementation of core and common safety programs aligned with the Annual Operating Plan and HSE Road Map
Drive behavioural change to continuously improve safety performance within Hitachi Energy
Facilitate the sharing of electrical safety best practices within the organization
Act as a role model to deliver and support electrical safety initiatives to improve culture
Coach and mentor the HSE community on electrical safety programs
Influence management and employees to ensure correct thinking and decision-making to support the implementation of electrical safety programs
Analyze electrical safety performance to identify trends and priorities
Your background University-level education in a relevant discipline (e.g., electrical engineering, industrial manufacturing/processes, IOSH certificate or equivalent)
Minimum 10+ years of experience in an HSE function in a global organization
Excellent knowledge of HSE regulatory requirements (e.g., Legislation, OHSAS18001, ISO14001)
