Grupo Planeta is looking for a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to join its team in Rome, Italy . The role combines full HR management with compliance to Italian labour regulations in an international environment.

Key Responsibilities
Employee Relations & Legal Compliance
Anticipate legal risks and propose mitigation strategies.
Maintain personnel files, GDPR consents, and mandatory postings.
Advise leaders on disciplinary procedures, contracts, and working‐time arrangements.
Monitor medical examinations and safety training.
Promote employee well‐being initiatives.
Compensation & Payroll
Liaise with external payroll providers to ensure data accuracy.
Ensure compliance with the National Collective Labour Agreement (CCNL).
Recruitment & Employer Branding
Partner with managers to define hiring needs and manage recruitment cycles.
Guarantee a consistent candidate experience aligned with Rome Business School and PFU standards.
Onboarding
Coordinate contracts, tax/social‐security registration (INPS/INAIL).




Deliver structured induction programmes and onboarding initiatives.
Performance & Development
Support goal‐setting, performance reviews, and talent calibration.
Coordinate training and development plans.
Engagement & Offboarding
Conduct exit interviews and analyse turnover.
Manage severance (TFR) and Certificato Unico handover.

Education
Bachelor's degree in Law or Labor Relations.
Experience
At least 5 years as HR Generalist or HRBP in Italy, with full employee life‐cycle ownership.
Legislative Expertise
Strong knowledge of Italian labour law.
Familiarity with CCNL negotiations.
Expertise in Categorie Protette (Law 68/1999).
Languages
Fluent Italian (C2) and English (C1). Spanish is a strong plus.
