About The Role We are looking for a talented and experienced C# Back-End Developer to join our engineering team. You will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining the core back-end systems that power Hercle's trading and infrastructure platforms. Your work will directly support mission-critical services that operate at high throughput and low latency in dynamic digital asset markets. Key Responsibilities Design and develop high-performance, scalable, and reliable back-end systems using C#. Implement APIs, microservices, and real-time data pipelines that integrate with internal and external systems. Collaborate closely with trading, product, and infrastructure teams to understand requirements and deliver high-quality solutions. Optimize system performance and ensure stability in high-frequency, low-latency environments. Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code, following industry best practices.
