Sales Assistant – Menswear Boutique Resistente dei Marmi Salary: up to €26,000 Bonus About the Brand: Our client is a prestigious Italian luxury fashion house, renowned for its refined craftsmanship, contemporary elegance, and timeless Ready-to-Wear collections. With a strong heritage rooted in Made in Italy excellence, the brand is celebrated for its exceptional quality, sophisticated style, and attention to detail, offering an elevated and authentic luxury experience. Key Responsibilities: Deliver an exceptional and personalized customer experience, offering styling advice tailored to each client's needs and lifestyle. Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of the brand's Ready-to-Wear collections, craftsmanship, fabrics, and heritage. Build and maintain long-term client relationships through CRM, clienteling, and outstanding after-sales service. Support Visual Merchandising standards and ensure the boutique presentation reflects the brand's image at all times. Assist with stock management, deliveries, inventory, and daily boutique operations.



Ensure the sales floor and stockroom are consistently organized, maintaining the highest operational and service standards. Key Requirements: Previous experience in premium or luxury Ready-to-Wear retail. Passion for fashion, styling, and delivering an exceptional luxury client experience. Strong clienteling skills with the ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a positive and proactive attitude. Detail-oriented, well-presented, and professional, with a strong sense of style and commercial awareness. English language required. What's on Offer: Salary up to €26K bonus scheme. Company benefits.
