About the role The Field Market Access Manager is a critical leadership position reporting directly to the Commercial Director. This role manages a team of two people to deliver access, reimbursement, pricing, and clinical initiatives. Responsibilities include developing and executing a local market access strategy, building strong relationships with key stakeholders,



engaging Key Opinion Leaders, and driving successful market access outcomes. The role requires frequent travel across Italy and a national field‐based presence. About You You have a strategic mindset, exceptional cross‐functional collaboration skills, strong business acumen, attention to detail, and adaptability in a dynamic environment. You navigate a matrix organization effectively and drive results through scientific and business strategies. Success will be measured by achieving market share targets, driving revenue growth, enhancing brand recognition, and ensuring successful market access and reimbursement outcomes.
