Experteer Overview As Market Development Manager, you will shape strategic marketing plans to strengthen Power Modules positioning and capture new opportunities. You work across regions and product lines to align with product marketing, R&D;, and regional teams, driving innovation and market growth. You'll monitor trends, assess opportunities, and lead cross-functional initiatives that translate into real customer impact. This is a global, collaborative role at Vishay Italy, focused on expanding our power module portfolio worldwide. Retribuzione / Benefits Define and execute strategic marketing plans with the Product Marketing team Manage market and product line activities to strengthen positioning Identify, quantify, and monitor market opportunities and competitive activity Develop business strategies to penetrate existing or emerging markets Evaluate opportunities for new markets, applications, sales channels, or customer segments Guide application tests and gather feedback on prototype performance from customers Provide application support to customers via regional marketing, sales,
and internal groups Build and maintain strong technical relationships with a global customer base Stay current on application trends through customer engagement and conferences Prepare technical materials to support new product releases Monitor market trends and propose market development programs Initiate product adaptations or new product developments when appropriate Lead workstreams or implementation projects and manage resources Responsabilità Bachelor in Electronics & Power Engineering (or similar) Good knowledge of Power Electronics and Devices Hands‐on experience with practical power electronics projects or power converters Excellent IT skills (Teams, MS‐Office, Salesforce) with data analysis Italian and English fluency (written and spoken) Good project and program management skills Strong interpersonal, written and oral communication, and negotiation skills Willingness to trav
