What you'll do Project Planning: define project scope, goals, and deliverables, as well as develop project plans and resource requirements. Team Management: assign tasks and responsibilities, monitor team performance, and provide feedback, fostering a positive team environment while managing conflicts and resolving issues. Communication and Stakeholder Management: manage stakeholders' expectations and requirements, as well as facilitate communication among team members. Risk Management:



identify potential risks and develop risk mitigation strategies throughout the project lifecycle. Quality Assurance: ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards, conduct quality audits and reviews, and implement quality improvement processes. Project Closure: conduct project post-mortem meetings to identify lessons learned, close out project contracts and deliverables, and archive project documents and other artifacts. Customer Centricity: effectively collaborate with Solutions Architects and other technical resources to articulate customers' needs and identify new potential business opportunities. What you'll need 3+ years of experience as Project Manager using both Agile and Waterfall methodologies in other Saa S companies or system integrators. Proven experience in delivering complex projects, leading cross-functional teams, using best practices, adequate tools (e.g., Microsoft 365, Atlassian, Azure, SA
