In this role you will manage logistics within Bulgari High Jewelry Workshop, ensuring accurate material handling and registrations. You will support product finalization flows and KPI tracking, coordinating both internal and external shipments. The position requires close collaboration with Product Managers, suppliers, and internal teams to optimize inventory and fulfillment processes. You will contribute to events and fairs logistics, and act as a liaison for IT-enabled improvements in flows and tools. Retribuzione / Benefits Handle all logistics activities for raw materials, prototypes, semi-finished, and finished products in the High Jewelry Workshop according to procedures Perform picking, packing,



good receipt and good issue for national/international shipments with documentation compliance Register intra-plant movements and pertinent data in the system Support Product Managers with finalization and reworking flows Assist management with KPI analysis and logistics dashboard updates Conduct reconciliations with suppliers and internal customers per procedures Provide logistics support for events and fairs Periodically inventory stock and manage discrepancies between physical and financial values per procedures Maintain inventory control records and propose efficiency improvements Serve as a reference point for IT projects and support optimization of new flows/tools Responsabilità Master's degree xrdztoy in Engineering or Economics 2 years' experience in similar roles in structured environments or consultancy Knowledge of inventory techniques, warehouse and stock management Project management tools and techniques Proficient with MS Office (especially Excel); SAP/Power BI as a plus Fluency in Italian and English Time management, customer orientation, strong communication and interpersonal skills, flexibility
