Overview As a Senior Program Manager at Amazon, you will shape cross‐functional initiatives through data‐driven research to address wide‐scale business challenges. You'll work with senior leadership to define and prioritize improvement programs, guiding them end‐to‐end. You will enhance operational performance across teams and drive scalable change within a fast‐growing logistics network. This is a high‐impact role that contributes to customer‐centric delivery and efficiency improvements.

Responsibilities & Qualifications Bachelor's degree
Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookups) and SQL skills
Experience in cross‐functional collaboration with tech and non‐tech teams
Experience defining program requirements and using data/metrics to drive improvements
Experience in program or project management
Experience implementing repeatable processes and driving automation or standardization
