About the job Chief Operating Officer (COO) Italy The Chief Operating Officer (COO) will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the companys operations in Italy, ensuring efficiency, scalability, and profitability across all business functions. This executive will play a key role in aligning operations with strategic objectives, driving process optimization, and ensuring a seamless customer experience across retail, e-commerce, and wholesale channels.
Key Responsibilities Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency, profitability, and overall business performance.
Oversee supply chain, logistics, procurement, and retail operations , ensuring seamless execution and cost-effectiveness.
Optimize and integrate retail, e-commerce, and wholesale channels , enhancing omnichannel operations.
Work closely with the CEO and CFO to align operations with financial and strategic goals.
Lead process improvement initiatives , identifying inefficiencies and implementing best practices for scalability.
Oversee inventory management ,

Implement performance monitoring systems , defining KPIs to track operational success.
