Experteer Overview In this role, you lead a global team of software validation managers to own validation strategy for large platform projects. You will align multiple validation teams, instill a quality-first mindset, and drive the software validation process across domains such as infotainment, ADAS, and connectivity. You'll partner with architects, development, and test environments to ensure timely, high-quality validation and adherence to automotive standards, enabling scalable, cross-domain validation at Stellantis. Retribuzione / Benefits Ensure timely, high-quality execution of validation activities across software domains Monitor and optimize validation workflows for efficiency, scalability, and cost-effectiveness Lead continuous improvement and lean validation practices Establish robust reporting for progress, KPIs, and issue tracking Collaborate with program and release management to align validation with milestones Manage risks and escalations to minimize impact on timelines Define overarching test strategy across infotainment, ADAS, connectivity,



propulsion Develop domain-specific validation plans aligned with system requirements and standards Ensure comprehensive test coverage via manual, automated, and system-level testing Oversee test environments including HIL/SIL setups and simulations Align validation with ASPICE, ISO 26262, and other automotive standards Lead and develop a high-performing validation organization Foster accountability, innovation, and technical excellence Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and ethical guidelines Responsabilità Master in Electrical Engineering and/or Computer Science or equivalent Minimum 10+ years in Automotive industry Minimum 5+ years of team leadership (3 years disciplinary) Strong project experience across Propulsion, Infotainment, Connectivity, Platform Services Good knowledge of modern SW development, integration methods and tool chains Excellent interpersonal and project management s
